Job Description
Auto Trim Design, a leader in automotive accessories in the Puget Sound area, is hiring a part-time to full-time team member for our Lynnwood location. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual with a positive attitude who’s ready to jump in and help wherever needed. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry while supporting a busy, fast-paced shop.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive and transport customer vehicles to and from the shop.
- Greet customers at the front desk and assist with basic check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as needed.
- Perform light data entry and assist with paperwork when required.
- Help prep vehicles for technicians (training provided).
- Take care of general office tasks and upkeep, such as sweeping and taking out the trash.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and assist in various roles as needed.
- Friendly and respectful attitude toward customers and coworkers.
Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time
Location: Lynnwood, WA
Starting Wage: $16.66 – $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours
